What causes this issue?
It is not allowed to start several Mining Runs in parallel.
System Response
Due to this fact it is not possible to start this additional Mining Run.
How to fix this error?
Wait for the completion of the existing Mining Run or cancel the
processing of the existing Mining Run manually to start the newly
defined Mining Run.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
