How to fix this error?

Perform following checks:
1. Check the secondary database connection status in transaction HDBC
2. Check the credentials used for database connection in transaction
DBCO
3. Enter the SAP HANA connection data in the customizing activity
"Define MDG Landscape Profile" under MDGIMG --> General Settings -->
Technical Settings for Master Data --> Define MDG Landscape Profile.
