Can not process object &1 because Assignment ID &2 is assigned

What causes this issue?

An assignment ID for the object &V1& is provided in table &V3&.
Objects with assignment IDs have got multiple assignments.

System Response

As the report cannot process objects with multiple assignments, the
system aborts the report.

How to fix this error?

Restart the report without the object &V1&.
