What causes this issue?

In Unicode systems, matchcodes are not supported.


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.



How to fix this error?

Instead of the matchcode, use a database view and, if necessary, a
search help function. The technical details are explained in the CSS
note 24860.
