What causes this issue?

You triggered requests for matcchode objects by defining a search
pattern. These requests could not be performed correctly because an
error occurred.

System Response

The system continues work after the error message.

How to fix this error?

Try to find the cause of the error from the log. You can trigger
requests for the particular matchcode objects again after correcting
the error.
If the log messages are not sufficient to localize the error, try to
get additional information about the error by activating the matchcode
objects again. Use transaction SE11 here. Analyze the relevant
activation log after the activation.
