Generated matchcode pooled table & was deleted

What causes this issue?

A pool definition is automatically created in the ABAP/4 Dictionary for
matchcodes of update types A, S and P during activation. The
automatically generated matchcode pool has the name M_<name of the
matchcode object>.
This pool was deleted in the ABAP/4 Dictionary.
