What causes this issue?

Because of the structure of the matchcode object or because of the
foreign keys used, no physically implemented matchcode IDs may exist
for this matchcode object.

How to fix this error?

If physically implemented matchcode IDs exist (update type A, S, or P),
you must convert them to transparent matchcode IDs (update type I).
This case occurs if the matchcode object was changed.
