What causes this issue?

The date planned for the goods movement (<GL:requirements_date>
requirements date</>) lies in the past.

How to fix this error?

INCLUDE NA_EINGABE_PRUEFEN
If necessary, you can change the requirements date direct
If you want to change the requirements date for all items, you can also
change the base date of the reservation using the function Goto ->
Header. The system will then suggest an adjustment of the
requirements date for all items.
