Not possible to change or display export licenses here

What causes this issue?

You wanted to change or display export licenses. This data is assigned
to the country of plant &V1&. However, this is not possible in the
following cases:
If you have not yet assigned a country to the plant
If you have not specified a plant
When scheduling the creation or changing of a material
If you have not selected a view for the user department
<LS>Purchasing</> or <LS>Sales</>

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check and, if necessary, extend your data.

You can maintain the country for the plant in Customizing for the
<LS>Enterprise Structure</> by choosing <LS>Maintain structure</> ->
<LS>Definition</> -> <LS>Logistics - General</> -> <LS>Define, copy,
delete, check plant</>.
