What causes this issue?

You have entered a planning material but no planning plant.
However, if you enter a planning material you must always enter a
planning plant as well.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Specify a planning plant.
