Number range for evaluation structure library is exhausted

What causes this issue?

A Report Writer library is created automatically when an evaluation
structure is generated. Internal alphanumeric number assignment is
therefore required. The most recent counter status is recorded in field
"Lib" in table TMCSD.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
