Task &1 cannot be cancelled

What causes this issue?

A task cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
The source of the task is a pick-up & drop-off point (P&D).
The task is not of type <ZK>Movement</>.

System Response

The system does not allow you to cancel the task.

How to fix this error?

Recreate or release the task.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
