Staging takes place either via transfer requirement or delivery

What causes this issue?

Staging of materials for production can take place either through
transfer requirements or deliveries. This must be defined for a
production supply area and material staging indicator. Only if the
consumption posting is to take place within a HU storage location
through the GI posting of the delivery is a delivery created irrespecti
vely of this control.

How to fix this error?

Define whether the material staging is to take place through transfer
requirements or deliveries.
