Load the limit records into generated tables => long text

What causes this issue?

You are attempting to change the access to the limit records so that
they are saved in generated tables.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Generate the relevant tables for each limit type (see also Release Note
for 4.63 about <DS:RE.RFTBLT01>report RFTBLT01</>) and if necessary
transfer the limit records that are contained in table VTBLS (
<DS:RE.RFTBLT02>Report RFTBLT02</>).
