No LDAP Connector available

What causes this issue?

The system cannot find a usable LDAP Connector.
The cause is either that no LDAP Connector has been set up, or that the
LDAP Connectors that have been set up are overloaded.

System Response

As no LDAP Connector was specified for use, the system first tried to
find an available LDAP Connector on the current application server. It
then searched other servers for an LDAP Connector.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that LDAP Connectors are set up (Maintenance View V_LDAPGW), and
have <LS>UP</> (<LS>Connector active</>) status.
