Posting change for warehouse number & storage type & not allowed

What causes this issue?

In Customizing, it is set that no posting changes are allowed for the
storage type &V2& in the storage number &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the Customizing if you wish to allow the posting changes.

Procedure for System Administrators

If you wish to allow posting changes for this storage type, choose, in
Customizing, the activity <DS:SIMG.SIMG_XXMENUOLML331IM>Disallow goods
movement postings(IM) for storage types</>, and remove the indicator
<DS:DE.T331_NOTRP>no post. chg. </> for the storage type &V2& in the
storage number &V1&.
