Posting change not yet complete, HU &1 cannot be moved

What causes this issue?

A posting change is currently being made for handling unit &V1&. The
posting change process is not yet complete, therefore you must not move
handling unit &V1& further.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Complete the posting change process by posting a goods issue for
posting change delivery &V2&.
