Data inconsistency in table LQUA for handling unit &

What causes this issue?

There is a data inconsistency in Table LQUA for
<GL:handling_unit>handling unit</> &V1&
Only two quants are allowed:
One quant in the <GL:interim_storage_area>interim storage area</>
One quant in the warehouse

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
