ALE: Transport cost centers only with ALE tools

What causes this issue?

In controlling area &V1&, at least one cost center exists which is
assigned to a logical system. If ALE is being used productively, cost
centers may only be sent by means of ALE for reasons of consistency.

System Response

The cost centers are not included in the transport request.

How to fix this error?

Use the ALE tools for sending the cost centers.
