Selection by activity type groups is not supported

What causes this issue?

You are currently within activity type selection in a context with
limited functionality (CORE context, for example, HR only). In this
context it is not possible to select by activity type groups.

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

The program must be modified so that selection by activity type groups
no longer appears.
