What causes this issue?

The system cannot create a
<DS:GLOS.3526B6F2AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>product cost collector</> on
the basis of the selection criteria entered. This may be due to one of
the following reasons:
Product cost collectors already exist for all
<DS:GLOS.3526C38DAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>production versions</> of the
specified materials that are intended for repetitive manufacturing.
The specified materials have no production versions that are intended
for repetitive manufacturing.
A Controlling level other than <ZH>Production Version</> is already
assigned to the specified materials.
No repetitive manufacturing indicator is set for the production
version.
This can happen if you use the function Collective Entry for Repetitive
Manufacturing.

System Response

The system does not create any product cost collectors.

How to fix this error?

Change the selection criteria.
