Cannot remove deletion flag

What causes this issue?

A new <DS:GLOS.product_cost_collector>product cost collector</> for the
same characteristic values of the
<DS:GLOS.36F138F91B385A9EE10000009B38F984>Controlling level</> (such as
Material/Production Plant/Planning Plant/Production Version) already
exists. A characteristic value of a Controlling level can only have one
product cost collector without a deletion flag or deletion indicator.

System Response

The deletion indicator is not removed.

How to fix this error?

Collect the costs on the new product cost collector.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
