No overhead keys defined for costing sheet &

What causes this issue?

You can enter only those surcharge keys for which an overhead
percentage or amount has been entered in the costing sheet. Costing
sheet &V1& does not contain an surcharge referring to a surcharge key.

System Response

No surcharge keys can be entered.

How to fix this error?

Maintain costing sheet &V1&.
