What causes this issue?

The system could not find any cost center/activity type prices with the
transferred criteria when setting up the buffer in function module
K_ACTIVITY_PRICE_PREFETCH.

System Response

No buffer is set up.

How to fix this error?

Check the call up for function module K_ACTIVITY_PRICE_PREFETCH. All
functions are still available, but system performance may suffer.
