Change in WIP(periodic) is 0 but was not 0 last time WIP was calculated

What causes this issue?

The change in <DS:GLOS.work_in_process>work in process</> (WIP) against
the previous period [WIP(periodic)] is zero.
However, a previous <DS:GLOS.WIP_calculation>WIP calculation</> for
this period calculated and posted WIP(periodic) that was not zero.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the WIP was calculated in a test run, calculate it again in an
update run for the affected order to update the changed value.
If you have already settled in this period, you must settle the
affected order again.
