What causes this issue?

You are attempting to create <GL:results_analysis_data>results analysis
data</> for an object for which final results analysis will be carried
out according to the valuation method of the current status.
With final results analysis, the system sets the reserves to zero and
the cost of sales equal to the actual costs.
In this stage, you cannot enter results analysis data manually.
