Results analysis version & canceled. End indicator set to "D"

What causes this issue?

<GL:results_analysis_data>Results analysis data</> was calculated for
an order that is assigned to a sales order or a project. The system
carries out results analysis on orders like this through the sales
order or the project.
To avoid inconsistent data, the system cancelled the results analysis
data for the order and set the end indicator for results analysis
version &V1& to "D" (carry out results analysis data up to results
analysis period, and cancel remaining results analysis data).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Carry out results analysis on the order using the appropriate
<GL:WBS_element>WBS element</> or <GL:sales_order>sale order</>.
