What causes this issue?
You defined elimination with the characteristic &V1& and elimination
condition 4. However, the characteristic &V1& does not have any
hierarchies. The elimination is therefore not possible.
How to fix this error?
Create a hierarchy for the characteristic &V1& or change the
elimination group.
