What causes this issue?

Service provider &V1& is already defined as the service provider for
transfer price agreement &V2&. You can switch off this message if you
want to permit service providers to serve more than one transfer price
agreement.

System Response

If the message is an error message, processing stops.

How to fix this error?

If you want to switch this message off, go to the Project System IMG
and work the step <DS:SIMG.SIMG_OLPR_V_T100C>Change Message Control</>.
Maintain the entry for message 214. If you do not enter a specific
user, the setting you enter applies to all users.
