You are not authorized to display docs of type & in controlling area &

What causes this issue?

You can only display transfer price agreements with document type &V1&
in controlling area &V2& if you are suitably authorized. This means you
must have the following authorizations in authorization object
K_KFPP_DCT:
This document type
This controlling area
Activity "03" (Display)
