Cycles for operating concern & were not converted

What causes this issue?

There is no active version of table &V2&. The table has probably
been deleted.

System Response

The system cannot convert the entries in table T811D for the cycles in
operating concern &V1&.

How to fix this error?

If you are not using operating concern &V1& productively, it is not
necessary to convert the entries. Otherwise check why the table was
deleted.
Re-create the table and then execute the program
