No profit center for CRM integration found

What causes this issue?

A profit center could not be determined when transferring CRM orders
(function module PI_CRM_GET_PROFITCENTER).

System Response

The exception PRCTR_NOT_FOUND is triggered. If the person who made the
call receives this exception, they must derive a valid profit center
themselves.

How to fix this error?

Define a profit center substitution for CRM processes or use the user
exit EXIT_RKECRM_PCA_40_001 to derive a profit center. For more
information, see SAP Note 386391.
