What causes this issue?
The current assignment between operating concerns &V2& and &V4& is
inconsistent. Field &V1& from operating concern &V2& should be assigned
to field &V3& from operating concern &V4&. However, field &V1& does not
exist in operating concern &V2&.
System Response
The structure of operating concern &V2& has changed. This means that
processing cannot continue.
How to fix this error?
Execute program RKE_CHACO_FIELD_ASSIGNMENT, and then change or delete
this assignment.
