Error generating environment (function module &)

What causes this issue?

Following a conversion, certain measures must be carried out manually
which are carried out automatically when you save an operating concern
containing no data as yet. After a conversion, this must be performed
using the functions 'Operating concern' -> 'Change' -> 'Details' ->
'Process conversion'. An error has occurred here.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
