What causes this issue?

Your system has been upgraded to a new release, or a hot package has
been imported. Operating concern &V1& therefore needs to be adjusted to
the new system environment.

System Response

You cannot use this operating concern (for postings, reports, and so
on) until you have executed the adjustments.

How to fix this error?

When you press "Continue", the system will automatically carry out the
adjustments. This will take a few minutes. After that you can continue
working in the system.
If problems arise during the adjustments, the system will issue error
messages to inform you of this. If this happens, contact your system
administrator. Proceed according to the recommendations given in the
long texts of these error messages.
