What causes this issue?

The master data for the object has errors.
The object is archived already. If you read settlement documents from
the archive, it is possible that the object was archived already. After
archiving, the system no longer displays settlement rules for objects.

How to fix this error?

Create another mode and search for the object in the relevant
application.
