What causes this issue?

You have selected the group of distribution rules you are processing,
to copy or transfer them. A group of distribution rules cannot be
copied or transferred to itself.

Copy or transfer not possible.

How to fix this error?

Please choose a group for copying or transfer different from the one
youare processing.
