What causes this issue?

You specified recipe type 3 (recipe reference to an activity type), but
the recipe source type did not correspond to the activity type. Only
the activity type is allowed as the recipe source type for recipe type
3.

System Response

The recipe source type has been overwritten with the activity type.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you really want to use recipe type 3.
