What causes this issue?

The record you selected or all records were deleted and are no longer
displayed in the overview screen.
They are only deleted from the database, however, after a posting has
been made.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete them from the database, post when you exit the
overview screen.
If you want to cancel the deletion, press the 'Reset entries' button or
do not post when you exit the overview screen.
