What causes this issue?

The currencies of the basic key figures for formula &V2& and default
risk rule &V4& in determination procedure &V3& are not consistent for
the transaction, or at least one currency is blank.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the transaction and the settings specific to determination
procedures.
