What causes this issue?

No system alias is assigned to user '&V1&' and service '&V2&' with
system ID '&V3&' and client '&V4&'

System Response

The system cannot process the request. This error message is triggered
instead.

How to fix this error?

Check if the relevant system alias exists in IMG activity
<DS:SIMG./IWFND/IMG_SYSTEM_ALIAS>Manage SAP System Aliases</>. If it
does not exist, then add the system alias.
Check if the system ID '&V3&' and client '&V4&' was maintained for the
relevant system alias in IMG activity
<DS:SIMG./IWFND/IMG_SYSTEM_ALIAS>Manage SAP System Aliases</>
Check if the relevant system alias was assigned to the service '&V2&' in
IMG activity
<DS:SIMG./IWFND/V_MGDEAM_TEXT>Assign SAP System Aliases to OData
Service</>
