What causes this issue?

System Alias '&V1&' is not assigned to user '&V2&' and service '&V3&'

System Response

The system cannot process the request. This error message is triggered
instead.

How to fix this error?

Check if the relevant system alias '&V1&' exists in IMG activity
<DS:SIMG./IWFND/IMG_SYSTEM_ALIAS>Manage SAP System Aliases</>. If it
does not exist, then add the system alias.
Check if the system alias '&V1&' was assigned to the service in IMG
activity
<DS:SIMG./IWFND/V_MGDEAM_TEXT>Assign SAP System Aliases to OData
Service</>
