Operation sort only usable with certain constellation (see long text)

What causes this issue?

Operation sorting is only possible in the following constellation:
<ls>Operation selection</> is chosen
<ls>One-time complete inclusion</> is chosen
<ls>Renumbering</> is <zh>not</> chosen

System Response

The system automatically makes the necessary selection/rejection.

How to fix this error?

If the system settings do not suit your requirements, make the
necessary changes.
Note that some settings are only possible in certain constellations.
