What causes this issue?

You have set the relevancy for materials planning manually to <LB>2</>
(this means "later, or on release").
The order has either already been released or the relevancy for
materials planning for the whole order is on <LB>3</> (this means
"immediately relevant for materials planning").

System Response

The system sets the relevancy for materials planning to <LB>3</>.

How to fix this error?

If you want the component to be considered immediately for
procurement/materials planning, leave the indicator on <LB>3</>.
Otherwise, set the indicator manually to <LB>1</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
