Caution: & operations have been deselected

What causes this issue?

You want to display the components for the selected operations.
However, no components were allocated to &V1& of the operations.

System Response

The system deletes the selection for all operations which have no
components allocated to them.

How to fix this error?

Note the operation number on ht ecomponent screen.
