Creation of view &1 for table &2 failed

What causes this issue?

It was detected that for table &SYST-MSGV2&, a replacement view exists
in the source system. Therefore, it is necessary to create a view for
this table. View name should be &SYST-MSGV1&. The creation of this view
failed in the source system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You might check if the view exists in the source system but is not
active. In this case you can try to activate it in SE11, or can react on
any error messages you might see when trying to activate it.
