IDoc contains segments with and without a lower-level AJT segment

What causes this issue?

A REMADV message can only contain either approvals or rejections for
payments.
However, this message contains both approvals and rejections. Therefore
, the IDoc is disallowed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
