No organizational unit is assigned to work center &1/&2

What causes this issue?

Since no organizational unit is assigned to work center &V1&/&V2&, it is
considered to be an "executing" work center and you therefore cannot use
the "Forward" function.
A work center that is assigned an organizational unit is a "responsible"
work center and can use the forward function.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
