What causes this issue?

No data was found. Therefore, the status of initial supply cannot be
displayed. This could have the following causes:
- No supply packages are assigned to the force element
- The assigned supply packages are not active
- No materials are assigned to the supply packages

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
