The equipment is flagged for deletion

What causes this issue?

The <DS:NA.IS106>item of equipment</> that you wanted to edit has
been flagged with a <LS>delete mark</>, which means it will be deleted.

System Response

With the exception of dismantling the equipment, the system will not
allow any more master data changes for this item of equipment.

How to fix this error?

If you have the authorization, you can reset the deletion flag for the
item of equipment. Then you can carry out all necessary changes to
the master data again.
